Hi, I’m Rasmus, the swing dancing blacksmith from Oslo, Norway. For the last 10 years I’ve been working full time running my own little blacksmith shop. Mostly focused on teaching and traditional techniques. I’m also 1/3 of the podcast Two Thirds Focused, together with Red Smith and Jan Maxwell. And because one podcast isn’t enough, I’m also a part of the Setting Up Shoppe podcast with Dan Tarrant (woodturner) and Heidi Jacobs (potter).
You can probably find me lurking around the blacksmiths, trying to defeat Joe Garnett in a battle of useless trivia, handing out superb Norwegian chocolates to unsuspecting victims, or with an obscene amount of stickers and googly eyes definitely not vandalising anything.
