What Is It?
The Makers Central Scrap Wood competition gives aspiring makers the opportunity to ‘make’ an imaginative piece/item using your own choice of style, presentation and scrap wood materials. You are challenged to create something from scrap wood and fixing materials ONLY. Exhibits must remain under 22” in height, depth, and length.
The competition is open to amateurs only, anyone who works professionally within this workspace is not eligible to enter.
The competition is open to entrants of all ages.
How Do I Enter?
Entries cost £35 but this includes your entry to the show all weekend (Saturday 18th – Sunday 19th May 2024).
Entering is easy, simply read the rules and regulations, buy an entry ticket and bring your competition piece to the show (please read the rules and regulations for full details)!
Judging will take place on Saturday 18th May and the results will be announced on Sunday 19th May.
